About the department
The department of Economics was a latest addition in the history of LNGC. Department was started in the year 2017. The department has a full time faculty and 2 guest lecturers. The department offers UG course and planning to upgrade itself to become a PG and research department. The department has a library and a wifi connection of its won. The department has been equipping itself with financial assistance from the State Government and other funding agencies.
The staff and students of the department are equally contributing for the development of the department. The staff actively take part in the research activities and students bring laurels to the department academically and non academically. The department has been growing year after year and will reach its full bloom very shortly.
