About the Department
The department of Computer Science has its humble beginning in the year 1999. The department has grown from its infancy to become a PG department in the year 2008. Shift II in UG was started in the year 2007. The department has been strengthened with the presence of 3 full time faculties,one programmer and 4 guest lecturers who excel in their chosen field. At present department offers UGand PG courses.
The department has been equipped with a well stocked library and has its own wifi connection for the benefit of the students and staff.There are 2 laboratories for UG and PG with latestsoftware and internet facility. Staff of the department have been actively participating in research activities and have published papers in leading journals. They have participated in regional, national and international seminars. Well-equipped, intellectually stimulating and supportive vicinity is provided by the Department for a sound and cheerful education in UG and PG level.
The department is witnessing a period of exciting growth and opportunity propelled by the growth of technology and its recognition through excellence.
